1. After receiving the quarantine notice:
Organize personal belongings and medicines, obey the arrangement of prevention and control personnel, and take a special car to the isolation point. Try to sit at intervals with other people in the same car during transshipment, wear medical protective masks and gloves regularly, and avoid mutual communication during transshipment.
Second, after arriving at the isolation hotel:
1. Put on a mask and get off in turn. When there are many people, you should follow the arrangement and get off in batches.
2. Place personal luggage in the designated disinfection area, and cooperate with the staff at the isolation point to disinfect the luggage surface, conduct security inspection and monitor the body temperature.
3. When entering the front desk, please wait for check-in in sequence, keep the distance above 1 meter when queuing, fill in your personal information truthfully, and get your room card, accommodation instructions, dining instructions, etc.
4, cooperate with epidemic prevention personnel to do epidemiological investigation, truthfully declare the activity track, understand the purpose of centralized isolation medical observation, and be familiar with the requirements and precautions of centralized isolation.
When you need to take the elevator, please take it one by one, and keep quiet in the elevator. Please don't take off your mask.
Third, after entering the house
Close the door in time, change shoes and open the window for ventilation. Don't take off your mask in a hurry, clean up your house first;
1. Wipe off the residual disinfectant on the outer surface of luggage, and put the outer shoes, suitcases and items that need cleaning away from the bed and dining area.
2. It is suggested to use disinfectant wipes or disinfectant soaked wipes containing 500 mg/L effective chlorine to wipe all kinds of indoor electrical switch buttons, remote controllers, telephone surfaces, door and window handles, bedside tables, toilets, faucet switches, etc. If chlorine-containing disinfectant is used, it needs to be scrubbed with clean water after 30 minutes.
Note: After cleaning the house, you can take off your mask and wash your hands thoroughly with hand sanitizer under running water in time.
Fourth, during the isolation period:
1, during the isolation period, you don't need to wear a mask in the room, but when a worker enters, you should wear a mask in time and keep a distance of more than 1 meter.
2, in accordance with the requirements with the staff for nucleic acid detection and sampling, body temperature and other symptoms monitoring. If you have symptoms such as fever, cough, sore throat, decreased sense of smell and taste, abdominal pain, headache, vomiting, etc., you should report to the staff in time.
3. In order to maintain good indoor air quality, please open the window for ventilation more than 2 times a day, and the window opening time is not less than 30 minutes each time.
4. Wash personal clothes regularly, tidy the room and keep it clean. The garbage generated in the room should be cleaned up by yourself. Before throwing garbage, the mouth of the bag should be tied tightly, and the garbage should be packed regularly according to the requirements of the isolation point and placed in the designated location.
5. Do a good job in hand hygiene: wash your hands before and after meals, after loading garbage, after unpacking foreign objects, and after sneezing.
6. If you need to go out to pick up meals and throw garbage, you must wear a mask to avoid talking and gathering with other isolated people and staying in public areas in the isolated area.
7. Matters during the isolation period: no visits or visits are allowed. Reminder: It is necessary to know that people living in centralized isolation points are likely to be infected, so it is not only the requirement of prevention and control, but also to protect our own safety and health!
8. After the isolation: 14 days after the centralized isolation medical observation, those who meet the requirements and can lift the centralized isolation can leave the centralized isolation point under the guidance of the staff. According to the requirements of epidemic prevention and control, follow-up home isolation observation should be done.
