Materials/tools: beans, garlic, ginger, onion, cooking oil, meat, salt, soy sauce, pots, bowls, cutting boards, spoons and knives.
1. Wash the beans and remove the tops at both ends. If the beans are old, they can be cut into sections for frying.
2. Prepare some garlic, onion and ginger for later use. Pour an appropriate amount of cooking oil into the wok and heat until the oil temperature is slightly higher than normal temperature.
3. Pour in minced garlic and Jiang Mo, and stir-fry until fragrant. Slice the meat and stir-fry it in a pot.
4. Pour the prepared beans into the wok and stir well. Stir-fry until the beans are soft and ripe and slightly brown in appearance. Add the right amount of salt and soy sauce, and adjust it according to personal taste.
5. Continue to stir fry for a while and let the salt and soy sauce evenly wrap the beans. Put the fried beans on a plate and serve them.
