Black Pearl Restaurant Guide is the first food guide published by Meituan Dianping, which puts forward China's culinary standards and strives to create "China's own food list". This is the sixth year that the Black Pearl Restaurant Guide has been published, covering 25 cities in China including Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Chengdu, Hangzhou, Hong Kong and Macau, as well as overseas cities such as Tokyo, Bangkok and Singapore, to provide consumers with high-quality taste bud experiences.

According to the Suzhou Chamber of Commerce of Catering Industry President Chen Suxing, the Black Pearl Restaurant Guide invites industry experts, culinary masters, famous gourmets and other powerful lineups, through anonymous visits to the scoring, adding the whole process of verification of the Meituan big data and other strict process evaluation and release. The selection criteria for Black Pearl restaurants cover three major areas: culinary products, service environment, and heritage and innovation.

The restaurants on the list in Suzhou are Xin Meihua - Jiangnan Ya Kitchen (Ligongdi), Jin Haihua - Joyful Food Oriental - CHAO27, Big Vegetable No Boundary (Chengpin), Hyatt Regency Suzhou - Huachi 88 Chinese Restaurant, Park Hyatt Suzhou - Xizhou Xuan, and Ding Cuisine - Artisan Banquet (High Speed Rail New Town).

1. New Meihua - Jiangnan Ya Kitchen (Ligongdi Branch)

Jiangnan Ya Kitchen (Ligongdi Branch) is listed in the Black Pearl Restaurant Guide for the third consecutive year. With the season of Suzhou as its guide, the restaurant transforms the gift of nature into the legend of the tongue, interpreting the thousand-year heritage of Suzhou-style feasts in a garden setting.

2.Jin Haihua - Joyful Oriental - CHAO27

Joyful Oriental - CHAO27, as a representative of modern oriental banquet, integrates the essence of Jin Haihua's 20 years of deep cultivation in Suzhou, and pays tribute to the life with delicacies and flavors, and newly annotates the aesthetics of modern oriental banquets and beverages.

3. Big Vegetables (Chengpin)

5. Park Hyatt Suzhou - Xizhou Xuan

Xizhou Xuan focuses on the flavor of Huaiyang, the traditional Huaiyang cuisine is light and calm, salty and sweet in the right amount, and the raw materials are mostly river freshness, emphasizing the taste of the ingredients.

6. Ding Cuisine - Artisan Banquet (High-speed Railway New Town Branch)
