4. Using a small knife, cut away the center apple flesh in a slightly curved figure eight shape.?
5. Select the larger side and use 2 knives to cut out a small V shape for the chevron.?
6. For the crab legs, cut the apples in pairs, then from the smaller side, cut each into 4, ****8 parts.
7. After the crab feet are lined up, put on the body, and then insert the black beans with toothpicks as the eyes.?
. TIPS: Since apples are easily oxidized, soak them in lemon juice after cutting them so that they don't turn the crab into a "black grandma."?
