1. Ghee cake: Melt the ghee in the microwave, add a little salt with warm water, add salt water and flour, then add a little ghee and knead it into a smooth dough. Apply a layer of butter, wrap it in a plastic bag, and wait for more than 30 minutes to wake up. Wash and dice the green onions. Divide the awakened dough into small dosage forms of the same size, press into small rounds with your hands, and roll into pancake shape with a rolling pin. Coat the dough with a layer of ghee, sprinkle with a little salt and chopped green onion, roll it into strips, and then roll it into a snail shape. Flatten it slightly, roll it out gently, and finally roll it into a round cake. Electric griddles are powered by electricity. Brush a layer of butter on the appropriate function. Add round cake. When you hear water dripping, turn it over. Continue to fry until both sides are golden brown.
2. Butter tea: Heat the milk first, then pour it into a large wooden barrel called "Xuedong" (about 4 feet high and 1 foot in diameter), and beat it up and down. Back and forth hundreds of times, the oil and water are separated, and a layer of lake-yellow grease floats on top. Pick it up, put it in a leather bag, and cool it into butter. When making butter tea, boil the tea or brick tea with water into a thick juice for a long time. Then pour the tea into the butter tea bucket. Then, add butter and salt, pull the tea bucket up and down dozens of times, stir the oil tea evenly, then pour it into the pot and heat it, and it will become fragrant and delicious butter tea.
3. Butter muffins: Mix flour, salt, baking powder and sugar evenly. Use a spoon to break the ghee into small pieces, then use a soft spoon or spatula to flip the butter up and down into flakes until the ghee is broken up. Add the cream and egg mixture several times. Leave half of the egg yolk on the surface and knead into dough. Put the dough into a large plastic bag, fold it twice, flatten it, and gently roll it into a 1cm thick block. Cut the plastic bag and carve a relief. Roll up the remaining part in a plastic bag and repeat the above operation. It can be stamped with different molds. Place tin foil on a baking sheet and use a spoon to brush the egg yolk onto the surface. Preheat the oven at 180 for 5 minutes and put it in the oven for 20 minutes. A sweet and delicious butter muffin is baked.
