Dendrobium
Also known as Dendrobium orchid rhyme, immortal grass, resurrection grass, purple fairy plant, spider plant, forest orchid, forbidden life, golden hairpin flower, etc. The stem is erect, fleshy, slightly flat, cylindrical, 10 to 60 cm long and 1.3 cm thick. American Ginseng, Dendrobium and Pigeon Lean Meat Soup

First prepare Clean the pigeons, put the lean meat into pieces, and prepare the stew pot.
Soup the lean pigeon meat in boiling water to remove the blood, pick it up and wash it again with cold water. Then put everything into the stew pot and add boiling water to the stew pot.
Put a spoonful of water into the electric pressure cooker, put the stew pot down, and turn on the electricity. Simmer under high pressure for an hour. Add salt when it is cooked.
Tips
If you don’t have a pressure cooker, you can also use other pots to simmer over water. It will take 2 hours to simmer. Mine is a soup for 3 people. Just use one pigeon for one person.
1. For fatigue and weight loss: 9 grams each of dendrobium, Ophiopogon japonicus, Achyranthes bidentata, Eucommia ulmoides, Codonopsis pilosula, Lycoris barbarum, and white peony root, and 6 grams each of Zhigancao and Schisandra chinensis. Decoction in water. Long-term use has the effect of health care and strengthening the body.
2. Yin deficiency and dim vision: 15 grams of dendrobium, 15 grams of rehmannia, 12 grams of yam, 9 grams of dogwood, 12 grams of wolfberry, and 6 grams of white chrysanthemum. Decoction in water, 1 dose per day. It has the effect of nourishing the kidneys, replenishing the liver and improving eyesight. For the elderly with insufficient liver and kidneys, dizziness and blurred vision, long-term use is of great benefit.
3. Stomach yin deficiency and fever that impair body fluids. This product is good at nourishing stomach yin, producing fluid and quenching thirst, and clearing stomach heat. It is mainly used to treat symptoms of fever that damages body fluids, polydipsia, and dry tongue with black coating. It is often used together with trichosanthin, fresh rehmannia root, Ophiopogon japonicus and other products, such as the method of clearing away heat and preserving body fluids in "Treatise on Current Diseases". It can be used together with Rehmannia glutinosa, Ophiopogon japonicus, Scutellaria baicalensis and other products to treat epigastric pain, gum swelling and pain, and mouth and tongue sores due to stomach heat and yin deficiency.
