Method of mixing mushroom soup 1
Ingredients: preserved egg, Coprinus comatus, Crab mushroom, Agrocybe aegerita, Auricularia auricula, Chinese cabbage, garlic salt, broth essence, sugar and olive oil.
Exercise:
1. Put olive oil in the pot, add Coprinus comatus, Crab Mushroom and Agrocybe aegerita, stir-fry for a while, stir-fry until it is dry, then add appropriate amount of boiling water, add preserved eggs, add salt, broth essence and sugar, and stew for a few minutes.
2, hot oil, saute garlic slices, add shredded cabbage and fungus to stir fry, add salt and stir fry into a bowl, and pour the boiled preserved egg soup on it.
Method 2 of mixing mushroom soup
Ingredients: pork bone, various mushrooms, five or six pieces of American ginseng, five or six pieces of Lycium barbarum, salt, white pepper, ginger, onion and cooking wine.
Exercise:
1, wash the pig bones, boil the water in the pot, put the pig bones in the boiled water, take them out and rinse them.
2, blanched pig bones into the pot, pour enough cold water, add ginger onion, cooking wine, a few pieces of American ginseng, boil and turn to low heat for half an hour.
3. After half an hour, add all kinds of mushrooms and medlar soaked in salt water, continue to cook for half an hour, and season with salt and white pepper before taking out.
