Steps
1. Crispy Grass Cut Into Slice.
2. Cut cucumber into slices.
3. Ginger cut into julienne strips, garlic cut into granules, red pepper cut into julienne strips, green onion cut into fine granules, and the other shiitake mushroom cut into fine julienne strips.
4. Add the crispy carp with cooking wine, soy sauce, salt and pepper for a while.
5. Stir-fry ginger and garlic in hot oil, and chopped scallions.
6. Pour in some mushrooms first to increase the flavor.
7. Add the crispy carp slices and stir-fry.
8. Add the appropriate amount of soy sauce, salt and stir-fry over high heat.
9. Drizzle in a small amount of water, add a tsp of pepper and stir-fry until the fish is flavored.
10. Add cucumber slices and stir fry.
11. Stir-fry until the cucumber absorbs the sauce.
12. Add shredded red pepper and stir-fry.
13. When the shredded red pepper is fragrant, add chopped green onion and turn off the heat.
