Oil, salt, shallots 10g ginger, 5g sugar, 2g? A little soy sauce of pepper 10ml starch 2g.

1. Prepare materials: chicken offal, thousand skins, celery, carrots, green peppers, onions and ginger.
2. Thousands of skins are cut into filaments and blanched, in order to remove the beany smell and become softer and more resilient.
3. Shred celery, carrots and green peppers.
4. Add salt, sugar, pepper, soy sauce, starch, onion and ginger to the chicken offal and mix well.
5. Heat the pan and pour the oil. When the oil is hot, stir-fry the chicken offal and change color, and put it out for later use.
6. Heat the pot again and pour the oil. The oil is hot with thousands of silk, celery, carrots and green peppers.
7. Stir-fry until it becomes soft and seasoned with salt. If the pot feels too dry, drop some water and cover it for half a minute.
8. Finally, pour the fried chicken offal back into the pot, stir-fry evenly and serve.
