Exercise:
1. Fry two poached eggs for later use, stir-fry minced garlic until fragrant, stir-fry tomatoes until soft, and add water.
2. Add two spoonfuls of soy sauce, half a spoonful of soy sauce, one spoonful of oyster sauce, one spoonful of tomato sauce, the right amount of salt and the right amount of sugar.
3. Add fried eggs, then add noodles and stew for 4-5 minutes.
