Method/steps
1. Make the dough first. Put yeast and sugar in a basin, add slightly hot water, and stir with chopsticks.

7. Chop the green onion and shred the ginger.
8. Heat the pot and add oil. Add pork and stir-fry. Add onion and ginger and stir-fry over high heat. Add bean paste and thirteen spices, stir well. Add beans and potatoes and stir-fry over high heat. Then add appropriate amount of water, salt and MSG, and cover.
9. Roll out the risen dough into a piece and brush it with a layer of oil.
10. Roll up from one side. Roll it to the end and seal it.
11. Roll out the cake to an appropriate thickness, and when the pot is boiled, spread the cake flat on top of the beans.
