The use of low temperature and air conditioning storage technology is the key to the storage of pears. The best storage temperature is -0.5 ~ 0 ℃, most of the western pear varieties have a certain degree of tolerance to CO2, foreign countries use air-conditioning storage. Domestic tests show that the aging process can be controlled, in 0 ℃, O2 concentration 2% ~ 4%, CO2 concentration of 0.5% of the following conditions, the most intolerant storage of pear can be stored for more than 3 months.
