1. Ingredients: 350 grams of quick-frozen squid, half a green pepper, half a red pepper, 1 onion, appropriate amount of green onion and ginger, 1 tablespoon oyster sauce, 1/4 teaspoon salt, 1/4 teaspoon sugar spoon, 2 tablespoons of oil, 1 teaspoon of cooking wine
2. Thaw the squid, wash and cut into small sections, and cut the onions and green and red peppers into shreds.
