1. Ingredients: 240g water spinach, 5 shredded chilies, 10g dried shrimp, 10g minced garlic, 1 tablespoon soup stock, 1/2 teaspoon shrimp paste, 1 teaspoon oyster sauce, 1/2 teaspoon soy sauce, sugar 1/2 teaspoon, pepper 1/4 teaspoon.
2. Wash the water spinach, cut the stems and leaves into segments about 3~4cm long and set aside.
3. Soak the dried shrimps in cold water until soft, then chop into pieces and set aside.
4. Heat oil in a pan, add minced garlic, shrimp paste and dried shrimps and stir-fry until fragrant.
5. Add the water spinach, chili shreds and other seasonings, stir-fry over high heat and stir-fry evenly. Finally, add the broth and stir-fry.
