Ham Sausage, Egg, Green Vegetable Fried Rice
Recipe:
1. Cook the rice or leftover rice;
2. Cut the ham sausage into cubes , mince the green vegetables;
3. Add oil to the pot, heat it up, add the eggs, fry until cooked, and set aside;
4. Leave the base oil in the pot, add minced garlic and ham sausage, Stir-fry over low heat until the surface of the ham sausage bubbles and add rice. After the rice is stir-fried, add green vegetables and eggs, season with salt and stir-fry until the flavors are infused. If you like something heavy, just have some cold dishes with it!
