Berry ice cream: 50g blueberries, 100g raspberries, 100g yogurt, one banana, 150g strawberries.
Mango and passion fruit ice cream: one banana, 250g mango, 2 passion fruits, 100g yogurt.
Avocado and cantaloupe ice cream: one banana, 200g avocado, 100g yogurt, 100g cantaloupe.
Watermelon and peach ice cream: one banana, 100g of yogurt, 200g of peach, 100g of watermelon.
Pineapple and passion fruit ice cream: one banana, 250g pineapple, 100g yogurt, 2 passion fruits.
Hami melon green ice cream: 100g green grapes, 100g yogurt, 200g cantaloupe, and one banana.
Pour the frozen fruits + bananas + yogurt into the crusher, select the "Smoothie" or "Fruit and Vegetable" mode, and blend for 2 minutes. (If you can't beat it, you can let it go.
