Accessories: two liang of white sugar and proper amount of rice vinegar.
Steps:
1.? Peel off the skin of the new garlic, leaving only one or two layers, and cut off the head and tail;
2.? Take a clean container, preferably scalded with hot water to sterilize and control drying;
3.? Put the peeled new garlic into a container, add two or two white sugar to each catty of garlic, and add rice vinegar to avoid the new garlic.
