Stewed peanuts with pig's trotters;
Exercise 1
Main ingredients:
1 trotters, 100g peanuts, 10g ginger, 15g mushrooms.
Accessories:
8 grams of salt, 2 grams of chicken powder, 3 grams of Shaoxing wine and a little pepper.
Steps:
1. Wash pig's trotters, cut into pieces, soak peanuts in warm water, slice ginger, and wash mushrooms with pedicels removed.
2. Boil water in the pot. After boiling, put the pig's trotters, boil the blood over medium heat, and pick it up for use.
3. Take a stew, add trotters, peanuts, ginger, mushrooms, salt, chicken powder, pepper and Shaoxing wine, add a proper amount of clear soup, cover and stew for about 2 hours.
Exercise 2
Main ingredients:
500g of trotters, 250g of peanuts, 50g of day lily, 0g of ginger10g, 5g of onion.
Accessories:
Salt 10g, monosodium glutamate 8g, Shaoxing wine 10ml.
Steps:
1. Wash and chop pig's trotters, soak peanuts in clear water, cut off the head and tail of day lily, slice ginger and cut onions.
2. Add water to the pot to boil, add pig's trotters to cook for a while, and pick them up for later use.
3. Take a stew pot, put trotters, day lily, peanuts, ginger slices, onion segments and Shaoxing wine into the pot together, add clear water, stew for about 3 hours on medium fire, and add refined salt and monosodium glutamate to serve.
