First, date palm trees are everywhere, and the fruit is called seaweed, also known as date palm, which has extremely high nutritional value. Many vitamins and natural sugars useful to human body can be made into various candies, granulated sugar, drinks, biscuits, dumplings and wine. Mature seaweed can also be made into candied fruit, which is an important export cash crop in some countries in the Middle East and Arabia, so a large number of artificial cultivation has been started.
Second, cut the trunk shell of the date palm tree, leaving only the central part, cut them into small particles with a knife, and then put the small particles into the cultivation test tube with tweezers. After a period of time, these small particles will germinate and grow in test tubes and then transplant into small pots. These saplings will grow in the greenhouse for about a year, and finally they will be planted in 1.5 meters underground. In the center of the planting area is an artificial lake.
Thirdly, the life span of jujube can be as long as 150 years, and it can blossom and bear fruit in about five years after artificial cultivation, and the flowering period is from March to April every year. In order to make the yield better, artificial pollination is generally used, people are transferred to it by crane, the male flowers in the middle of the tree are taken out, the pollen on the male flowers is collected by tapping, and then the male pollen is sprayed on the petals of jujube trees by machine, and this is completed. After artificial animals pollinate, they can touch the fruit in one month.
Third, the date palm is fully mature in September 9- 10/0. According to the market demand, some date palms are semi-ripe, some are ripe, and some date palms are naturally dried on trees to become candied fruit. In order to prevent the damage of pests, seaweed is covered with a net to protect it. Because date palm trees are relatively tall, people usually use cranes to send them up when harvesting. These are natural dried seaweed preserves on trees. When harvesting, workers directly pour the seaweed in the net into the basket, and then transport the harvested preserved seaweed to the processing plant, where they will sort and package it. 80% of these candied fruits are sugar, and the rest are protein, fiber and some trace elements, which are also called food for the poor locally. Candy for the rich is also dry food for travelers and people who go out.
