Besides latte and cappuccino, there is also a fancy coffee that is popular in cafes all over the world. It's called Frebet. Fu Ruibai has many versions in China. Starbucks is white, COSTA is pure, and Luckin Coffee is Ao. There are also white coffee, Australian white coffee, plain coffee and white coffee (it is easy to be confused, and an instant coffee in Malaysia is also called white coffee).
In fact, it is a different name for the same formula, because Starbucks white has the greatest influence, so let's translate it into white. Freiber is made of espresso, steamed milk and a little foam, which sounds similar to latte and cappuccino.
The difference between the two
In milk, generally speaking, 5-ounce cups are used for Fraser white and 8-ounce cups are used for latte. Both kinds of coffee are double espresso. If the cup is larger than 6 ounces, it can't be called Fraser, but latte. The temperature of milk is slightly lower (about 60℃), and the specific gravity of milk is smaller than that of latte.
Regarding milk bubbles, white is 0.5 cm thick, which requires relatively dense. Latte needs about 1 cm, and Karp needs more. Freiber is 5-6 ounces, double espresso, and the foam is very thin. Latte is usually 7-9 ounces, even 10 ounce, and the foam is between Freiber and cappuccino.
