There are two kinds of time needed to steam buns:
1, according to the size of the buns: smaller buns can be steamed in about 10 minutes; larger buns need to be steamed for about 15 minutes - 20 minutes.
2, according to the type of buns: vegetarian buns generally steamed 18 minutes, meat-filled buns need to steam 20 minutes more. If the secondary fermentation is in place, the buns can be hot water in the pot, direct fierce fire steam for 15 minutes, turn off the fire and then simmer for 3 minutes.
Because the buns have been left to ferment in place, they can be steamed directly in hot water, and the buns can be steamed faster, but the buns can't be taken out of the pot right away, so turn off the heat and let them simmer for 3 minutes before taking them out of the pot to make them even more flavorful.
