How to make the simple version of soy sauce lettuce?
1. Wash and blanch the lettuce, remove the water and set the plate.
2. Shred shallots and put them in the middle of lettuce.
3. Sprinkle with steamed fish and soy sauce.
Step 4 sprinkle black sesame seeds in the middle
5. Heat the oil until it smokes and pour it on the plate.

If you like spicy food, you can add some dried peppers to black sesame seeds, and sprinkling hot oil will be particularly fragrant.
Because both steamed fish and soy sauce have salt, this dish doesn't need to be salted separately.
