Manufacturing process
1. First, cut the onion into powder. Pound the garlic into a paste. Pound the ginger into juice. Press the fried sesame seed cake with a frying pan into a coarse surface. Mix all the spices into juice.
2. Cook the noodles in boiling water, strain them out, put them on a panel case, blow off the water with an electric fan, sprinkle them with sesame oil, shake them with chopsticks and continue to blow them through.
3. Put the boiled and cooled kimchi on a plate, put the boiled noodles on top, and pour the appropriate juice.
Ingredients:IngredientsNoodles:4 cups soba noodles, salt and water.
Seasoning:2 nori, 1/2 cucumber, 1/2 carrot.
Seasoning:soy sauce, scallion, garlic paste, sesame seeds, mustard and vinegar.
Operation:
1) Put salted water in 4 cups of soba noodles, roll out the noodles with a pasta press, cook them in boiling water, and then rinse them off with cold water in a basket.
2)Make the noodle seasoning sauce.
3)Shred carrots and cucumber, and julienne nori.
4)Place the noodles in a noodle bowl, top with carrots, cucumber and nori and toss with the dressing.
5)You can add mustard, sugar and vinegar according to your preference.
6)You can eat it as a mixed noodle dish or with kimchi soup, boiled noodle soup, or instant noodles in high soup.
*Because soba noodles are not peeled and ground into noodles, they are a bit rough, so they are called bibimbap.
Ingredients:Shrimp, crab claw, cuttlefish, sea cucumber, crushed flowers, soy sauce, vinegar, sugar, chili powder or black pepper.
Operation:
1. Cut a cross pattern inside the cuttlefish to make it granular, then slice it into pieces.
2. Peel the shrimp, crab claws and cuttlefish separately.
3. Pour the sauce from the noodle bag into a bowl, add cold boiled water, soy sauce, vinegar and sugar, turn it on and mix in the noodles.
4. Remove from the pot and sprinkle with crushed flowers, then sprinkle with chili powder or black pepper according to personal taste.

Sub Ingredients:Red, yellow and green bell peppers, bread slices.
Seasoning, sugar, vinegar, black pepper, cooked sesame seeds, olive oil, red wine
Operation:
1. Knead the flour with water to form a dough, cut it into slices, put it into a pot over high heat, and pour in water. When the water boils, add the pasta sheets and cook, strain out to cool, shred the bell pepper and set aside.
2. Dice bread slices into cooked flour slices, add shredded bell peppers, add olive oil, vinegar, salt, sugar, red wine, black pepper and sesame seeds, mix well and serve.
Ingredients:1 bunch of powdered egg, 1 teaspoon of chopped green onion, 1 tablespoon of balsamic vinegar, 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of olive oil, 1 teaspoon of sesame oil.
Operation:1. Boil half a kettle of water (about 3 cups), add the fine flour and bring to a boil.
2. Add chopped green onion and all seasonings to the noodle bowl and mix well.
3. Take out the cooked thin noodles, put them in and mix well.
