I. Formula I
Materials: 700g of wheat bran, 300g of bean flour, 300g of millet, 300g of broken corn kernels, and 0/00 ml of koji/kloc.
Practice: Soak millet in koji wine for 3 days, stir-fry wheat bran and soybean powder with slow fire, and then rinse with boiling water to form granules. Finally, add millet soaked in wine and seal it 1 day.
Fish species: crucian carp, carp, grass carp and bream.
Second, the second formula
Materials: 2000g of bran powder, 2000g of rice, 0/000g of broken corn kernels/kloc-,0/00g of brown sugar/kloc-,500ml of koji.
Practice: The brown sugar is melted with koji wine, and the bran powder is stir-fried with slow fire, and all of them are put into a container for sealed fermentation for more than 1 day.
Fish species: crucian carp, carp, grass carp and bream.
III. Formula III
Materials chicken feed1000g, peanut cake 500g, wheat bran 500g, corn 500g, koji wine100ml and brown sugar100g.
The chicken feed and peanut cake are crushed, the wheat bran is sauteed with slow fire, the corn is boiled in water for half an hour, all the materials are mixed evenly with appropriate amount of water, and sealed in a container for more than 5 days.
Fish species: crucian carp, carp, grass carp and bream.
IV. Formula IV
Materials: corn1000g, sweet potato1000g, soybean1000g, brown sugar100g and yeast powder 20g.
Chop sweet potatoes into pieces, stir-fry soybeans with slow fire and crush them, cook corn for half an hour, add appropriate amount of water to all the materials, stir evenly, and put them in a container for sealed fermentation for more than 5 days.
Fish species: crucian carp, carp, grass carp and bream.
V. Formula V
Materials: rice 1 000g, 200 ml of qu liquor, musk king1bag, 2g of salt and 2g of monosodium glutamate.
Practice: Stir-fry rice with slow fire, cool it, put it in a jar, then add koji, musk king, salt and monosodium glutamate, shake well, and seal it for more than 1 day.
