Seasoning: Cumin powder, Chili powder, Zanthoxylum powder, raw powder, ginger powder, cooking wine, salt, chicken essence and oil.
Exercise:
1. Shred beef, then add appropriate amount of cumin powder, Chili powder, pepper powder, raw powder, ginger powder, cooking wine, salt and oil, knead well and marinate for 30 minutes;
2. Shred green peppers and onions, and chopped garlic for later use;
