Step 1: Wash the loofah, pinch the head, remove the tail and obliquely cut into thick pieces.
Step 2: Cut the meat into thin slices and put them into the egg liquid and stir evenly for later use.
Step 3: pour the egg and meat in the hot pot with cold oil sauce into the pot and gently cut it with chopsticks to make it into pieces. Pour the loofah and stir-fry evenly. Add a spoonful of pepper noodles and a pinch of salt and stir-fry evenly.
Step 4: When the color of the loofah becomes darker, put it in half a bowl of water and simmer for 5 minutes.
Tips
Suitable crowd: people with excessive phlegm and cough, night sweats.
Not suitable for people: people with cold uterus, people with cold stomach and people with diarrhea.
Second, fried meat with loofah
Materials:?
Luffa: 525g raw flour: right amount of sugar: right amount of water: right amount of sunflower seed oil: right amount of tenderloin: 200g Shi Yunsheng seasoned chicken juice: right amount of Tianjin winter vegetables: right amount.
Steps:
1, ingredients: loofah and tenderloin.
2. Wash the tenderloin, shred it, put it in a bowl, add appropriate amount of seasoned chicken juice, raw flour, sugar and water and mix well.
3. Marinate for about 30 minutes.
4. Wash, peel and cut the loofah.
5, hot oil pan.
6. Add the marinated shredded pork.
7. Stir-fry until cooked, scoop up and set aside.
8. Put the loofah in the original pot.
9. Pour a proper amount of warm water and stir-fry for a while.
10, add a proper amount of Tianjin winter vegetables.

Tips
If you like bright meat, you can put a small amount of soy sauce, just a little bit, if there are more, the color will be black and red, which will not look good.
