Materials:?

Luffa: 525g raw flour: right amount of sugar: right amount of water: right amount of sunflower seed oil: right amount of tenderloin: 200g Shi Yunsheng seasoned chicken juice: right amount of Tianjin winter vegetables: right amount.

Steps:

1, ingredients: loofah and tenderloin.

2. Wash the tenderloin, shred it, put it in a bowl, add appropriate amount of seasoned chicken juice, raw flour, sugar and water and mix well.

3. Marinate for about 30 minutes.

4. Wash, peel and cut the loofah.

Tips
