1. Prepare the ingredients.

2. Wash the loquats, dry them, and then peel them.

3. Prepare a clean glass container.

4. Pour white sugar into the prepared clean container.

5. Then put the loquat into the container.

6. Pour the prepared rice wine into the container and close the lid.
