Pork ribs and pickled cabbage pot
Ingredients: pickled cabbage, short ribs
Condiments: pepper, aniseed, onion, ginger, garlic, salt, soy sauce
1 Wash the short ribs, soak them in water to remove impurities. Wash and shred the sauerkraut and prepare seasonings.
