There are many ways to make cowpea horns, but my favorite is the "minced cowpea" that I shared with you today. Most of the other methods of cowpea horn have been done this year, but the dish of cowpea horn minced meat is good. I haven't eaten it yet, so I'll tidy it up now. It is an automatic and faster dish, which can be prepared in a few minutes after the materials are prepared. It's delicious.
The main ingredients for making minced pork cowpea are: lean meat 1 block, and half a handful of fresh beans. Seasonings are: 2 millet peppers, 1 onion, 2 cloves of garlic, 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of sugar, soy sauce 1 tablespoon, rice wine 1 tablespoon, and oil consumption 1 tablespoon. Process 2: Wash the soaked beans several times, pick them up after washing, drain the water, cut them into granules with a knife, and set them on a plate for later use. Process 3: garlic is broken and cut into mashed garlic, small fragrant roots are cut into powder, millet is cut into rings and put on a plate, and lean pork is simply cut into minced meat and put in a bowl for later use.
Step 4: Take a small plate, add 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, 2 tablespoons of white sugar, 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of oil consumption, half a bowl of cold water, and 1 tablespoon of corn flour, and stir evenly to make the sauce. Process 5: Add a small amount of oil to the pot, pour in the beans, stir fry, stir fry the beans, cook until they fade, and take them out for later use. Step 6: Take out the pot again, heat the pot until the oil is cool, add the meat foam, cook until it fades, and then pour rice wine along the edge of the pot to eliminate the fishy smell of braised pork. Process 7: After the color of the meat foam fades, cook it again until the meat foam is oily, add onion, ginger, garlic and millet pepper, and stir-fry until it is fragrant. Then pour in the beans, prepare the seasoning juice and stir fry over low heat. Process 8: Stir-fry for 2 minutes, stir-fry the beans, then turn on a slightly larger fire, thicken the juice, and put it in the pot to stir-fry the shredded chicken.
