Small red pepper (you can put more if you can eat extra spicy food). If you have Chili, you can put more.
A little honey soy sauce

Steps of dry frying chicken tips
1. Wash the chicken wings, add a little honey and light soy sauce, and marinate the right amount of salt two hours in advance (it is better if marinated overnight);
Wash and cut the peppers into rings, and cut the small red peppers into sections with scissors (not so many peppers, only half missing).
2. Heat the oil in the pot, put the wing tip into the pot, fry until golden brown, and take out the oil after frying. Stir-fry the pepper rings in a pot and take them out.
3. Leave the bottom oil in the pot, add the pepper and stir fry, then add the onion and ginger slices and stir fry, and finally add the pepper and stir fry a few times.
4. Add fried chicken wings and pepper, stir well and serve.
