Materials: glutinous rice flour 275g, potato 1 190g, minced meat (three fertilizers and seven thin skins) 100g, water 2 10ml.
Seasoning: chopped green onion, sesame oil, salt, soy sauce and oyster sauce.
Exercise:
1. Steamed potatoes, peeled and ground into mud, put glutinous rice flour, mashed potatoes, minced meat, chopped green onion and water into a large bowl, and add half a spoon of salt, 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, 1 spoon of oyster sauce and 1 spoon of sesame oil to taste.
2. Stir into a flocculent shape and knead into dough (you can refrigerate it for 30 minutes when you have time to cut it later)
3. Arrange it into a convenient shape, about 1cm thick, and cut it into cubes (to prevent adhesion, shovel it from the bottom and move it into the pot with a plastic cutter).
4. Fry the oil in the pan until both sides are golden. Add pork and fry for a while. Sprinkle with Chili noodles or cumin powder according to taste.
Tips:
If you have time, you can refrigerate the dough for 30 minutes for later cutting.
Pepper noodles or cumin powder can be added according to taste.
