How to make pot chicken
1
Ingredients picture. Slice onions, ginger, and garlic, cut celery into sections, slice onions, and slice mushrooms.
2
Pour oil into the pot and sauté onions, ginger and garlic.
3
Add 1/4 of the onion and fry until slightly translucent.
4
Add chicken pieces and stir-fry until cooked through.
5
Add soy sauce for color, and pour half a can of beer. Add oyster sauce, steamed fish soy sauce, sugar (sugar also enhances the flavor) and salt according to taste. To increase the spiciness, I added dried red chili shreds in two batches.
6
Add the remaining half of the onion and all the mushrooms, stir-fry evenly. Chili oil can be added.
7
Add a little water starch and then add celery, stir-fry until raw, then lower the heat to the wok.
8
Put oil in a casserole, sauté a few slices of ginger and garlic until fragrant, and add the remaining onion. The onion tastes very good.
9
After the onions are transparent, turn to low heat, pour the food in the wok into the casserole, add coriander if there is any, and then cover it. Turn off the heat.
10
Serve the table and eat!
