Raw materials: Sanhuang chicken, mushrooms,
Ingredients: onion, ginger, salt and coriander.
Practice:
1, put the washed chicken in the pot, add a few slices of ginger and a proper amount of water, boil for one hour, then add the mushrooms, and simmer for two hours.
