Here are the steps of stewing pig's trotters with kidney beans.
1: Kidney beans are soaked in water for more than 2 hours.
2. Wash pig's trotters, blanch them with cooking wine and scallion Jiang Shui 1-2 minutes, blanch them to remove blood and foam, and take them out for later use.
3: Add appropriate amount of water to the saucepan, add soaked kidney beans, onion ginger, pepper and a little cooking wine, and bring to a boil.
