In Mexico, working breakfast is more common. Working breakfast is usually after everyone is seated, the host first greets a few words, then begins to eat, and then talks about work after dinner. Breakfast usually starts with a plate of fruit, followed by hot dishes. Hot dishes are mostly fried eggs and the like, and there are also hot dishes with meat.
Drinks include coffee, tea, fruit juice, ice water and so on. Bread is placed in the small basket in front of everyone, which can be divided into white bread and sweet bread, and they are all taken by themselves as needed. Whether it is a banquet or a general meal, Mexicans first break the bread into small pieces with their hands and then send it to their mouths. I have never seen them pick up a piece of bread and lift it into a bite.
