How to make loofah stuffed with scallops and meatballs ?

After soaking the scallops, chop them into puree together with the pork. The more broken it is, the better.

Add an appropriate amount of peanut oil, salt, soy sauce, sugar, and cornstarch to the minced meat, and stir in one direction with chopsticks. (Be sure to stir in one direction, otherwise the meat sauce will not gel up) until the meat paste forms a ball and it feels difficult to stir.

Choose thicker loofahs and cut them into small stump shapes about 2cm high.
