Seasoning: potato, one green pepper, celery, one carrot, green onion, ginger, garlic, two star anise, oyster sauce, one spoonful of Chili sauce, sweet noodle sauce, half a spoonful of seafood sauce, two spoonfuls of honey and tomato sauce, and one glass of beer.
1. Wash and drain chicken wings and feet, wash prawns and remove shrimp lines. Cut the vegetables into pieces and prepare the onions, ginger and garlic.
2. Prepare the required seasoning.
3. Pour the seasoning into a small bowl according to the required amount and mix well.
4. Blanch chicken feet: put cold water into the pot, skim off the floating foam after the water boils. Since chicken feet are cooked slower than other ingredients, continue to cook for 15 minutes.
5. Pour out the cooked chicken feet and drain.
6. Heat the Taji pot, add a little oil, fry the chicken wings until golden on both sides, and serve.
7. Saute chives, ginger and garlic with the remaining base oil of fried chicken wings in the pot.
8. Pour in the prepared sauce and continue to saute. Turn off the fire for use.
9. Take the wok, melt the butter and pour in the vegetables.
10. Pour all the chicken wings, chicken feet and stir-fried vegetables into the Taji pot and add beer.
1 1. Cover and simmer for 15 minutes, add prawns and continue to simmer for 5 minutes, and stir with a wooden shovel several times in the middle, until the taste is even.
12. Finished product
