Material preparation: bitter gourd 200g, salt 1g, fresh soy sauce 2ml, oyster sauce 2ml, sugar 2g, peanut oil 3ml, sesame oil 2ml, onion, ginger, garlic, sesame and so on.
1. Prepare bitter gourd, remove the pedicels, wash, remove the pulp and seeds for later use.
