Peel the prawns, leaving only the second section of the tail with the peel, and cut the onion into strips.

Bread broken up in a pan, slightly fried, and then rubbed and sieved, is the bread crumbs.

Heat the frying pan to 70% then reduce the heat and fry the prawns until golden brown.
