Scrambled Eggs with Zucchini and Fungus

Prepare the ingredients, and soak the fungus in advance.

Slice the zucchini.

Heat hot water in a pot, add the black fungus and blanch for two minutes, then remove and set aside.

Beat the eggs in a bowl.
