Materials: 2 tremella.
Accessories: red dates, lilies, lotus seeds, medlar and rock sugar.
Practice of tremella sugar water:
1. soak tremella in warm water to remove the yellow pedicle, tear it into small pieces and soak it overnight.
2. First, put the tremella in a saucepan for half an hour to extract gum, and wash the red dates and slice them. After soaking the lotus seeds and lilies for half an hour, put them into the pot and continue cooking for another half an hour.
3. Add yellow rock sugar to the pot and stir until it is completely melted.
4. Sprinkle Lycium barbarum with hot water before boiling.
5. Prepare tremella syrup. It can be eaten immediately or frozen. It is best to eat on the same day, not overnight.
