Homemade French Apple Pie

Ingredients

1. Preheat the oven at 190C. Butter two 5x3" sized loaf pans to prevent sticking to the bottom.

2. Place the eggs in a bowl, lightly beat them and add the milk, a tablespoon of brown sugar and a teaspoon of cinnamon, mixing well. Then add the bread cubes and apple slices and stir gently to combine.

3. Let step 2 stand for 2-3 minutes so that the bread cubes can fully absorb the liquid.

4: Take another bowl and add flour, remaining brown sugar, cinnamon and cream in it and mix well.

5: Divide the mixture from step 3 equally between the 2 loaf pans and sprinkle 4 evenly over the tops of the pans.
