1 Soak the lotus seeds for a few hours in advance. I soaked them the night before and put them in the refrigerator. I used two types of lotus seeds, white lotus and red lotus.
2 Wash millet and rice and soak for ten minutes.
3. Add water to the pot and bring to a boil, pour in rice, millet and lotus seeds.
4 After boiling, reduce the heat to low for twenty minutes, stirring slowly with a spoon several times in the middle. Then put it on the tray and continue to keep it warm (my pot is a pot that is kept warm from the fire) and add a few wolfberry berries and rock sugar.
