Fish head, tofu, tomato and gastrodia elata can be made into soup together. Because these foods are not mutually exclusive, eating them together will not cause any adverse reactions.
Method
1. Wash the head of the anchovy fish
2. Wash the ginger, gastrodia elata and tomatoes and cut them into pieces.
3. Wash the tofu and cut it into pieces
4. Add the fish head to the pan and fry the fish head until both sides are slightly brown.
5. Boil water and add the fried fish heads to the pot. Be sure to boil the water so that the soup will be milky white. The water should cover the fish's head.
6. Pour into the casserole, add tofu and tomatoes and bring the soup to a boil.
7. Pour in seasonings (1 dried chili, gastrodia elata, wolfberry) and cook for about 15 minutes.
8. Add seasoning before serving. Salt, chicken essence, white pepper. If you want the soup to be milky white, you can add some milk or light cream. The taste is also very good.
