② Platanus acerifolia: a local variety in Zhangqiu, Shandong Province. The plant height is generally1~1.4m, and the maximum is 2m. There are 7-8 leaves per plant, which are thick and tubular, with slightly thinner mesophyll, sharp leaves, less wax powder, dark green and slightly larger leaf spacing. Allium fistulosum (pseudostem) is generally 48 ~ 66 cm high, 80 cm long, cylindrical, and 3.3 ~ 5 cm in transverse diameter at the base. Scallion is white and crisp, with less fiber, more juice, sweet taste, moderate spicy taste and onion fragrance. ⑤ Gaiping Welsh Onion: a local variety of Longwang Temple in Gaiping, Liaoning Province. Plant height 1 m or so. The leaves are upright, thick and tubular, with wax powder on the leaves; Dark green. The scallion is tall, 45-50 cm long and 3-4 cm thick, with a plant weight of 200-450 grams and a maximum plant weight of 600 grams. (2) Bulbus Allii Fistulosi type
① Chicken leg onion: Tianjin local variety. The plant is short and stout, with a plant height of 60 cm and a spreading degree of 20 cm.
