How to make salt-baked chicken wings
1. Prepare the chicken wings

3. Stir-fry the onions and ginger
4. Add stir-fried onions, ginger, pepper, cooking wine, red wine, chicken powder, etc. to the chicken wings
5. Mix well, wrap in plastic wrap and marinate for 2 hours
6. Wrap the marinated chicken wings in oil paper
7. Warm the iron pot, add salt and a few aniseed and stir-fry over low heat (I used 3 bags of salt)
8. Fry until the salt turns brown
9. Pour some of the heated salt into the inner pot
10. Put the rolled marinated chicken wings in In the inner pot (note that there is no water in the chicken wings) (this step can be performed in an iron pot for frying salt) (I use a sandwich pot)
11. Then pour all the remaining salt Go in and cover the chicken wing buns. Plug it in and set the heating time to 1 hour.
12. When the time is up, part of the salt will form lumps. Gently peel off the salt block on top and take out the chicken wing package.
