How To Make Egg Cake
While the egg cake is made, the sugar is added to the water.

How to do it
Pour the water in a small pot, then put the dry yeast in the water to activate it, and stir it slightly after 2-3 minutes.
Beat in the eggs and stir well.
Add the flour, baking soda, a pinch of salt and sugar and stir to form a smooth batter.
Cover with plastic wrap and let stand for 1h, stirring again to remove any large bubbles before using.
