1
Prepare fresh prunes, rinse them twice with water.
2
Wash the prunes and soak them in lightly salted water for 10-20 minutes.
3
Take out the soaked prunes and cut them into pieces with a knife (it doesn't matter how big the pieces are because they will break up by themselves when boiling). You don't have to cut the pulp on the core of the prunes cleanly, you can also use the core of the prunes to make sweet soup later on.
4
Add the cut pieces of prunes to the sugar and let it sit for a while.
5
After a while the sugar added to the prunes will be their own water (remember not to add water oh).
6
Pour into the pot, first open medium heat boil, do not need to add water, oh (the best choice of non-stick pan).
7
When it boils, it is foamy, turn the heat down and continue to simmer, the water will simmer dry, according to personal preference, add sugar (simmering, often with a spoon to stir, so as not to paste the pot Oh).
8
The sauce in the pot became sticky, and the jam on the spoon will not easily drip off.
9
When the jam is warm, pour it into a pre-prepared container and allow it to cool (pour it into the container while it's still warm, otherwise it will not pour well when it's cold and solidified).
10
When the jam is cool, put it in the refrigerator and eat it as you like (your own jam doesn't contain any additives or preservatives, so it's important to eat it as soon as possible)
11
Residual prune jam at the bottom of the pot, we have to make good use of it, too. Pour the rest of the prunes' kernels into a pot, add water, add a little bit of icing sugar, and boil for a few minutes.
12
If you think it doesn't taste good enough, you can add some of our own plum sauce to it, which is sweet and sour and very tasty.
