Ingredients

Method
1. Boil the tofu in water (under cold water). After the water boils, take it out for 3 minutes and cut it into 7 cm and 3 cm pieces. , 3 mm thick rectangular slices
2. Place in a basin, add refined salt, soy sauce, green onions, and ginger and marinate for about 1 hour, until the condiments penetrate into the muscles.
3. Remove the hair from the skin-on pork belly and cut it into 7 cm long, 3 cm wide and 3 mm thick rectangular slices. Add refined salt, soy sauce, sugar, green onion and ginger to a basin. Marinate for 5 minutes.
4. Make a bowl with a diameter of about 12 cm, place the mixed pork and tofu neatly in the bowl (one piece of meat and one piece of tofu are spaced apart from each other), put the bowl on the basket and steam it over high heat. When cooked, turn it into a bowl and sprinkle with chopped green onion. Serve.
