Ingredients
400 grams of white cauliflower, 80 grams of lean meat, 1 preserved egg, 4 small cloves of garlic, more than 10 wolfberry berries, appropriate amount of shredded ginger
Method
1. Heat the oil in a pan, add the flat garlic and sauté until fragrant
2. Add the chopped preserved eggs and stir-fry a few times
3 .Add 4 to 5 bowls of water, bring to a boil over high heat, then turn to medium heat and simmer for 5 minutes
4. Add the cleaned white cauliflower, and use chopsticks to immerse all the white cauliflower into the soup
5. Add the marinated lean meat and cook over medium heat for about 10 minutes
6. Season with salt
7. Sprinkle with wolfberry berries
